FPAM 4EJournal - July 2018


July 2018 - The official publication of the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia (FPAM)'s 4E Journal magazine featured Hellen Fong, owner of At 19 Culinary Studio in its July 2018 issue titled "Building a Dream with Financial Prudence". This article talks about how being financially savvy has enabled the pursuit of a lifelong culinary passion which resulted in the opening of a cooking school and the publication of a cookbook, Lost Recipes of Malaysia, which won 2nd prize in the world famous Gourmand Cookbook Awards 2015.

Kuala Lumpur's Top Kids Activity


Sept 2017 - Little Steps Asia has selected At 19 Culinary Studio Kids Baking Programme as a Top Pick in their 2017 Guide for "Top After School Activities in Kuala Lumpur".

The objective of this programme is for young kids or teenagers (... or baking first timers) to discover their interest and love for the culinary world. We also aim to nurture young children to learn baking skills from scratch and gradually improve these baking skills over a period of time. Students will be taught the different tips and beginners’ baking techniques. They will learn about the ingredients used in baking and begin a journey of discovering the wonderful world of sense, smell and taste.

Time Out Kuala Lumpur - June 2017






June 2017 - Time Out Kuala Lumpur featured At 19 Culinary Studio in their "Be Kind, Unwind" creative recreation section. 26 Nov 2016 - At 19 Culinary Studio hosted with pleasure an Xmas Cupcakes class for 20 bloggers, a mixture of experienced and newbie bloggers. This event was for the Butterfly Project Malaysia, a community founded by Tammy, Malaysia's Top 10 Female Bloggers, for young budding bloggers. Astro Nat Geo People Channel 725 - 18 May 2016





May 2016 - At 19 Culinary Studio's kitchen, which has been featured in many cooking shows and advertisements, was once again chosen as the kitchen studio for Episode 1 of John Torode's Malaysian Adventure cooking show currently airing at Astro Nat Geo People Channel 725. British Australian celebrity Chef John Torode and local Malaysian celebrity Chef Sherson cooked our national dish, Nasi Lemak, at At 19 Culinary Studio's kitchen.
