At 19 Culinary Studio organised cooking workshops to promote Healthy Eyes based on recipes in the award winning cookbook "Food for Your Eyes" co-authored by Goo Chui Hoong and Dr Kenneth Fong. Two recipes were taught - Sweet Potato Onde-Onde with Walnut filing and Vietnamese Spring Roll. The cookbook had simple and easy to understand recipes and showed how eye healthy ingredients can be incorporated into everyday meals. Good reviews were given by Time Out KL, Flavours, Jelita, Health Today, Anjung Seri to name a few.
