The Star - 8 June 2011

8 June 2011 - The Star attended our parent & child cooking class. The writer came with her 4 year old daughter to have a hands-on experience in cooking a meal, mother and daughter style. Like we always say, it is not so much about the cooking but the bonding. Yes, indeed having a fun time with your child while whipping up something delicious is a worthwhile endeavour.

All the parent & child attendees learnt how to make three dishes. The kids were encouraged to use the cookie cutter to shape the dough for the homemade spinach noodles, helped clean the corn for the corn fritter and putting the finishing touches to the mango yoghurt dessert. Yes, Chef!
