Our qualified dietitian, Goo Chui Hoong shared with participants a hands-on cooking class with delicious recipes such as 1. Roasted tomatoes, walnut and blueberry salad, 2. Tea smoked Salmon with orange, almond and chickpea cous cous, and 3. Chilled Fruit Soup
