At 19 Culinary Studio recently launched its cookbook entitled "Lost Recipes of Malaysia". This cookbook is part of the Masterclass Kitchen series published by MPH Publishing Group.
The launch event on 9 May 2014 was officiated by YBhg Dato' Hafsah Hashim, CEO of SME Corporation Malaysia at the Mahkota Hall, Platinum Sentral, KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur.
This event was broadcast by MyTourismTV, Ministry of Tourism Malaysia.
